Mmmm... can I get some of those cookies?!?! I think you may have a winning secret recipe!

I thought about Jonas helping, but in the end he just played with the rolling pin and cutters an that appeased him. Also, I consider it a huge accomplishment if the shirt is clean enough to not go in the dirty clothes! If however, it should have gone in the dirty clothes and he was still wearing it, that's another story : ) Your cookies look great! I didn't figure out until the last batch the exact right timing : (

gloria, i have used the same rolled sugar cookie recipe for the last few years and i was messing up the timing left and right. i was also very distracted by my little helper. i was only making them so we could decorate them, so i'm not that worried about them. besides, we slathered them in enough frosting that the cookie is barely noticeable.

i'm going to check your blog now, since you're the only one not in my reader...

Andrew loves to help me cook or bake. His signature item in each dish, a sneeze. He sneezes right into and keeps mixing. Completely gross, but I'm convinces most of the germs get cooked out.
Isaac is looking super cute.
Oh and the shirt, Andrew went days (and I'm not divulging how long) without changing. I really should be better.

Don't fret over the germs.... They really do cook out (of the cookies, that is... not the icing or the decorations).
