Yesterday, we went to many yard sales. We made out like bandits. Well, except we paid for stuff. I don't think bandits pay for things. Which makes me question using the phrase "made out like bandits". Anyhow...
The first stop was a neighborhood sale. There was a TON of baby stuff, but we exercised great restraint. We got a Leap Frog "learning table" for $2. (We just bought a brand new one for $40 the day before, so we ran home and packed that up for return!). I got a ton of clothes for the next couple of little man sizes. We also scored some more blocks and some Legos (for future use). I got some books and a Miami Dolphins sweatshirt and Derek got a polo shirt.
On the way home, we hit two (unadvertised) yard sales in our neighborhood and scored some more clothes at one and some megablocks and a kermit doll at the other. I think that covers it.
I thought that the boy would be worn out from being dragged around all morning and take a 2 hour nap, but as is the usual, he awakened after a solid 45 minutes and was raring to go...

Sarah,
So sorry that I missed your trip to Yadkinville on Thursday. I was in meetings in Thomasville all day that day and did not get the message until long after you were gone, I'm sure! Call me again as I'd love to see you both.
I'm glad things are going better! Nice score on the Leap Frog stuff!
Angella
