Jena had a morning commitment and I just decided to take the entire day off, rather than have a hectic morning, drive him to Clemmons and then be all frazzled for my afternoon. So, that's the reason. Not that I have to justify myself. Get off my back.
Anyhow, Isaac is sleeping right now and I'm just waiting for him to wake up and play. How could anyone not want to play with a boy this cute:

It is hard for me to sit here and look at that beautiful face. I want to come and pick him up and kiss it.
Isn't it funny how you feel you have to justify your actions when you are a stay at home mom.

I'm so thrilled for you! I would LOVE to stay home, but right now, we just cannot do it. I am happy though, that I am teaching and will have my whole summer with the babies. :)

Bravo to staying home, to you and Derek. It's amazing to see how much the little dude has grown already. Does that freak you out, so to speak, or are you ready for the bigger boy? Or, is 'IT' just what 'IT' is? Do tell.
