we went out to a fancy pants dinner last weekend to celebrate darren's birthday. no sneakers, no jeans and no t-shirts allowed. that eliminates most of isaac's wardrobe, but we did manage to find these duds. isaac knew they made him handsome, and eagerly obliged every request for a photo with a big "cheeeeeeese!!"...

he headed to salisbury, nc yesterday for a little birthday celebration for our friend, april. of course, it was more for the kids to run around and play (and get worn out)... but that's a good gift, nonetheless.
